J Cruz Gymnastics was founded with the belief that gymnastics is the root of all sports and should be accessible to every child. During your child's visit to our facility of learning and adventure, your child will gain skills and abilities to help them stay active, learn, focus and most of all, have FUN!

We offer a wide range of programs through the year.  From Bunny Hop egg hunt, Turkey open gym, Nutcracker, and Summer camps.  We also fundraise to help the gym and families, Sees candy, pasta, and clothes drives are to name a few.  Our programs are designed to have fun, be challenging and make your athlete active.

Our Coaches are passionate about training our gymnasts.  They are knowledgeable, experienced, and very well trained. Our coaches are live scan and safety sport certified.  Our coaches take the time to get to know each Gymnasts and their ability.
